OneDrive can be used to share files for many scenarios: they’re too large to be emailed, when you’re in a video conference and want everyone to have access, etc.

Steps:
- Make sure the file is an OneDrive location. You’ll see a small icon at the bottom left of the file.
- Make sure the file has completed uploading. Once it is done, there’ll be a green check mark icon.
- Right click on the file and then click on “Share” with the OneDrive icon next to it.
- Select your share options, and create the share link.
- You can send the link via email, post to your meeting, post it in Teams, etc.
