Step 1: Open the Settings menu.
Step 2: Tap the “Mail, Contacts, Calendars” button
Step 3: Select your Outlook.com or Exchange email account from the list of accounts at the top of the screen.
Step 4: Tap the Delete Account button at the bottom of the screen.
Step 5: Tap the Delete from My iPhone button at the bottom of the screen.
