Transfer a Call

Announced Transfer

This feature allows you to speak with the person being transferred to before sending the call.

1. Press Transfer. This automatically puts the caller on Hold.
2. Dial the extension or phone number and press Send to call.
3. Press Transfer to send the held call.

Blind Transfer/Quick Transfer

This feature sends a transferred call without needing to speak to the other user ahead of time.

1. Press the Transfer button
2. Press the Blind soft key and dial the extension or phone number
3. Press the Send key

Transfer to an external number or cell phone

Sometimes you need to transfer a call to a phone number instead of extension, for example, someone’s cell phone.

1. Press the Transfer button
2. Dial the phone number to transfer to
3. Press the B Transfer key
