Add an email Signature in Outlook Mobile App

  1. Open the Outlook App
  2. Tap your user icon at the top left
  3. Tap the settings gear icon at the bottom left
  4. Scroll down to and tap Signature
  5. Enter or Paste your signature into the text area.
