Your quarantine digest email is typically sent twice a day but you may change this to have it sent more frequently, by adjusting your quarantine digest settings.
The digest contains emails that have been quarantined by Proofpoint Essentials, rather than being delivered to you. You may click on the links in the right column to quickly Preview, Release, Release & Approve the sender, or Block the sender.
